EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Scope Of Application
The exchange policy applies to all products purchased directly from the official Vision Of Super Vietnam website.
Vision Of Super Vietnam does not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.
2. Eligible Exchange Cases
Vision Of Super Vietnam supports product exchanges in the following cases:
- The product delivered is the wrong size compared to the order.
- The product has a technical defect or manufacturing defect from Vision Of Super Vietnam.
- The customer has received the product but it doesn't fit and they want to exchange it for a different size.
There is no limit to the number of exchanges due to incorrect sizing, provided the product meets the requirements in Section 4.
3. Non-Exchangeable Cases
Vision Of Super Vietnam does not support exchanges in the following cases:
- Disliking the product after receiving it
- Changing personal needs (not related to size)
- The product has been used, washed, or shows signs of wear and tear
- The product is damaged due to user error
- The product no longer has all tags, labels, or accompanying accessories
4. Product Exchange Conditions
Products requested for exchange must meet the following conditions:
- Only tested at a basic level, not actually used
- Not washed or ironed
- No strange odors, stains, or signs of damage
- Original tags, labels, and packaging (if any)
Vision Of Super Vietnam reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the product does not meet the above conditions.
5. Exchange notification period
Customers must notify us of any exchange requests within:
- 48 hours of receiving the goods for domestic orders
- 72 hours of receiving the goods for international orders
Requests submitted after the above timeframes may not be supported.
6. Exchange fees
- For errors caused by Vision Of Super Vietnam, Vision Of Super Vietnam will bear the shipping costs incurred.
- For size exchanges due to incorrect sizing, the customer will bear the two-way shipping costs.
7. Exchange Process
To request an exchange, customers need to:
- Contact Vision Of Super Vietnam via email or official channels
- Provide the order number and product images
- Wait for confirmation from Vision Of Super Vietnam before sending the exchange
Requests for exchanges without prior confirmation may not be processed.
8. Changes to the Exchange policy
Vision Of Super Vietnam reserves the right to adjust the Return Policy from time to time to suit its business operations and actual conditions.
All changes will be updated directly on the website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
